Feelings

I felt a huge sense of guilt as I was getting frustrated with what I was going through, there was nothing I had done wrong that had caused it, and I was constantly telling my boyfriend how I was feeling, and although he tried his best to reassure me it was difficult for him to reply to what I was saying, which was not fair on him. Keeping a book of thoughts was helpful in controlling my negative feelings as I could write down everything without venting my anger on him. Once I had written down and explained my feelings I found that I didn't need to talk about it as I had already released the bad feelings and dealt with them.

Re-reading these negative feelings put them in perspective as I realised that many were "silly", which made me glad that I had not made a fuss of them to my boyfriend. It could also help others to understand how you are feeling if they can read your thoughts if you find it hard to talk about them.
