You may feel that no-one understands what you’re going through. It can be difficult for your friends to understand how you’re feeling. They may treat you different because they don’t know what to say. It might help to tell them how you’re feeling even if they can’t understand it. It lets them know what life’s like for you at the moment. It sometimes helps to tell them how you want to be treated. Let them know that even though you may be acting differently, you still want to be included in things.
