benefits

There are a number of different benefits that you may claim as a young person. It is important to remember that if you are under 16, benefits are payable to your parent or carer.

If you are a parent or carer of a young person with cancer there are some benefits that you may be able to claim, we have included these in the list.

We try to make sure that this information is as correct as possible, but it is important to remember that details (such as who can claim a benefit) do change quite frequently and also that the benefits themselves can change.
