Howdy =]

My name is David.. im 17 years of age..

and im just your average teenage boy...with a few exceptions

on the 26th of July 2007 at approximately 4.15pm I was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia) then a few months later I was told I was in remission! and life since has been pretty good, with the occasional few bumps in the road (diabetes...grrrrr). I have two sisters, Laura and Lydia, who have been awesome throughout this whole experience, so have my Mum and Dad. I have a little niece called Ella, who, in my opinion, is the cutest baby alive . These days I just like doing anything that'll keep me amused, this includes bowling, going to the cinemas, generally hanging out . I'm into the usual teenage junk...this includes gaming, girls and going out.

This is my page...kinda basic...but thats the way I like things...simple..non-complicated, but enjoy .

Naa dw about it i dont mind..well it looks like a blood transfusion in a bag thing..the bone marrow helps renew my bonemorrow tissue to dis new wun dey gav me, to make me well again so i dont av a relaps in another 4 yrs tym.. & so basicly it goes thro your line for bout 2hrs.. doesnt hert or anyfink.. then a couple days later you feel like shit.. u becum ill nd weak, ur appertite goes nd so i loss weight,so they had to feed me thro one of them gastrik tube things up ur nose..i fink dats wat its called :s . so yer thats it reli.

Lol..ok, live in Croydon, its quite crap wer i am. the onli gud bit is da shops.

Heya.. yea lol.. aw dats a shame,ur birthday was reuind den, neva had a strok must of been scary.
um well it started wen i went on sum slide,wen i gt to da end of da slide i hit my back on sum edge fing. i was in so much pain i culdnt walk up straight. nd so i went to A&E nd den da Dr sent me hme wiv pain killers nd wen bk up der 4 tyms nd stil sent me hme wiv painkilliers which was stupid! den da 5th tym, dey did a blood test & den i found out i had cancer. nd so frm den my appertite change nd didnt wnt to eat anyfink. nd lyk yoo .i lost lods of weight. but they had to put me on steriods to try & mak me eat agen.. had chemo etc.. den had to have a bone marrow transplnt.. nd yer so now im in remission, its onli been 2months frm now sinc they sed i was doe.

Im 14 atm.. i av da same cancer as yoo, ALL. i was dignosd in 2005,had a bone marrow transplnt and now in remission.
lyk to hear bout yoor stry, as wer in da same condition..
find it hard tlkin to people hu dnt understnd, feel more relaxd tlkin to yoo lot on here.
hope to hear frm yoo soon..

well school-wise at xmas i got a joker tee (<3), cd, neon tutu! (which has now become my bestest friend ever :D), hello kitty money bank piggy bank kinda thing, and a bunch of other little cute stuffs, how abouts you?
