My mum has cancer

hello.
My mum first had breast cancer when i was the age of 4.. she got rid of it by chemo but then it came back again 8 years later.. so i found out again when i was about 12.
She has been fighting through it for about 4 years now.. and things vary from going up and down because the cancer will never go. She has been very poorly at times and been in the hospital because she wasnt eating and was being sick. But touch wood shes looking up at the moment.
But i have my gcses coming up, and i find im getting really angry easily and keep thinking about my mum having cancer.! i really dont know what to do. can anyone help me if finding something to do?

Hi Tifferz
I am sorry to hear about your mum. It is hard to cope when someone close to you is not well. It can sometimes be good to talk to a family member or close friend about how you are feeling. Sometiimes it might help to speak to someone who is not directly involved in your situation. If you need to speak to someone for advice on how to cope or just to speak to someone you can ring the Macmillan helpline on 0808 808 00 00 for confidential advice and help. It is important to tell someone how you are feeling and not to keep you feelings to yourself.
