Halfway

5 and a bit months ago I was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma, back then i was in total shock and since then i've done the whole sad, angry, denial, acceptance cliche bur right now i'm coming to the end of a break before surgery and a totally new feeling has come; relief. 

I am relieved that i am about halfway through treatment and well on the way to being better.

Relieved that the tiredness i felt before i was diagnosed isn't normal.

Relieved that i have family and friends who don't look at me like i'm different.

I guess is a wierd thing to offload on the internet world at 4AM but i'm betting that at least one person on this site knows what i'm trying to get at.
