We don't know what causes Hodgkin lymphoma, but research is going on all the time to try and find the answer. Remember though, it isn't anything that you have done!
Younger people in their early 20s are more likely to develop the condition, though it can affect people at any age.
Hodgkin lymphoma is not infectious and cannot be passed on to other people.
